Jonathan M. Torres, 18, of Enfield, entered into eternal life on Wednesday (September 3, 2014). Jonathan was born on May 17, 1996 in Stafford Springs, CT and resided in Enfield most of his life. He attended school in Enfield and was a graduate of Woodland Street School East Hartford. He is survived by his mother Joyce (Spittle) Torres of Enfield and his father and step-mother Sergio and Belinda Torres of East Hartford, his brother Joshua and sister Maya . He is also survived by a step-brother Manny Baez and two step-sisters Cristina & Kiana Baez, his maternal grandmother Marion Bradley of East Windsor and paternal grandmother Juanita Ruiz, along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends may gather with his family during calling hours on Wednesday (Sept. 10, 2014) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels 43 Shaker Rd. Enfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. in St. Patrick Church on the corner of Pearl & High Streets, Enfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Patrick’s King St. Cemetery, Enfield. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
