Condolence: Dear Marcia, Bernadette and all of Chip's family...I am so sorry for the passing of Chip. He was such a great guy. I am so glad we got to spend time together last August at Fran and Michelle's house during Mt. Carmel. He will always be known to me as "The fat man in the fez"! as he called himself!
