Valma May  LeBorious (Fleming)
Valma M. LeBorious 89, of Enfield, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday March 27, 2017. She was the widow of Edward LeBorious (1996). Valma was born April 7, 1927 in Perth, Western Australia, the daughter of the late Alexander and Mae Fleming. A resident of Enfield for 60 years, she was an active member of the community and the Enfield Congregational Church. Val was a loving mother and special “Grammy” to her 20 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Her passion was music. For many years, she sang in night clubs in CT and MA. She was most proud to sing at all her children’s weddings. Valma is survived by her children Paula Marker of FL, Greg LeBorious of Martinsburg, WV, Rick and wife Betsy LeBorious of Broad Brook, Debbie and husband Nick Rago of Marco Island, FL, and Mike LeBorious of Enfield, twenty beloved grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Doug Fleming and his wife Leslie of Perth Australia. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a daughter Sandy (1962) and two brothers Keith and Kenny Fleming of Perth Australia. Relatives and friends may gather with her family, on Friday, March 31, 2017from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. A short memorial service will follow. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
