Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Sister Mary Bernadette Swist can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Sr Bernadette was my science teacher in high school at OLA. We all loved her because she told the funniest stories. She never put up with nonsense but had a fabulous sense of humor and made us laugh all the time. She was one of the big reasons that I ended up becoming a scientist and I went back to visit her to tell her so when I got my doctorate. She looked exactly the same to me at 77 as she had 18 years earlier and was sharp as a tack. I am greatly saddened at her passing and wish all of her biological family and the community of the Felician sisters deepest sympathy.
