Dear Rose,David,Julie and Robbie and Families. We are extremely saddened in the passing of your beloved husband, father and grandfather and our special cousin.Cousin Bob was my idol when I was growing up in T'ville.I always heard from the old timers what a great athlete he was in all sports. But it was when he made me his batboy on his Elm Garage Fastball Softball Team that I witnessed for myself how really good he was.He was so smooth at shortstop and had great range. At bat he had a keen eye and compact swing that most always made hard contact.I remember how he always got the clutch hit when you most needed it.What also was amazing how he was able to keep all the players happy and give them ample playing time while still having the team at the top of the standings.Bob and Rose were a model couple who were very generous with their time. They were always there for their beautiful family, relatives and friends.Bobby was involved in many civic groups and led by example giving 110 percent in those endeavors. How about the decades he gave to the Enfield Historical Society along with Rose. They both loved their town and enjoyed educating people in the rich history that is Enfield. If you wanted to know anything about T'ville just ask Bob or Rose.I used to walk up to the Old town Hall on Sunday's and engage in conversation with my cousins about the history of the town especially about the brave young people who left town to foreign countries to fight for our freedom.Bob knew most of the families of these heroes.I will cherish all the precious memories I had with cousin Bob.He was an inspiration to me on how he lived his life and how he gave so much to his Town.He will truly be missed but surely not forgotten. Rest iIn Peace Cousin. We Love You, Charle,Deby,Angela,Chuck & Kris
